    • Free viewing of now TV promotional channels for the first 24 months: now Business News Channel, now Direct, now NEWS Channel, now Hong Kong and now SPORTS Prime7
    • Subscribe to the now TV "additional box - same channel list offer" for a promotional monthly fee to view now TV channels (with certain exceptions) authorized to be received via customer's 1st box8
Remarks:
  1. Customer must successfully install and use the eye Home Tablet Communication Package Service Plan (“eye Plan”) continuously for 24 months (“Commitment Period”) in order to get the eye Home Tablet as a loyalty gift and one additional installation premium as stated above. The installation premium, which vary according to the eye Plan such Customer subscribed to and the existing RTL Service Plan him/her subscribed to. For details, please call our hotline at 2888 0008 (press 3). Installation premiums are available while stock last. A redemption letter of installation premium will be sent to eligible customers by Hong Kong Telecommunications（HKT）Limited (“the Company”) four weeks upon the Customer paying the 1st bill of the eye Plan. If the Customer terminates the eye Plan or the eye Plan is terminated due to any breach of the terms and conditions by the Customer prior to the expiry of the Commitment Period, all offer privileges under the eye Plan will cease immediately from the date of such termination. In addition, the Customer must pay to the Company (i) HK$1,700 for the eye Home Tablet; (ii) the listed price of the selected installation premium; and (iii) an Early Termination Charge of eye Plan (for an amount equal to the aggregate of the Monthly Rate within Commitment Period for the remaining period from termination up to expiry of the Commitment Period or HK$500, whichever is higher). Customer upgrading from RTL to eye Plan will no longer enjoy any existing RTL Service Plan offers from the commencement date of the eye Plan.
  2. Customer is required to pay additional HK$30 PCCW eye line monthly rental unless such customer is using NETVIGATOR Broadband Service, PCCW Home EasyWatch Service, now TV service or the Customer subscribes to any Optional Information Service (collectively “Conditions”). Customer has to pay HK$30 PCCW eye line monthly rental once there is change in any of the Conditions during the Commitment Period.
  3. Warranty service in respect of certain parts of the eye Home Tablet will be provided free of charge (in accordance with the terms and conditions of eye Home Tablet warranty service as set out in the user tips) for the following specified period from the commencement date of the relevant Service Plan the Customer subscribed to and subject to the production of a valid job completion note:
    1. 12 months for the home Wi-Fi enabled device, the AC-DC power adaptor and the charging dock; and
    2. 9 months for the lithium polymer rechargeable battery.
    According to the terms and conditions of eye Home Tablet Warranty Service, as set out in the eye Home Tablet user tips, the warranty service does not cover any errors of human origin (e.g. broken casing, broken LCD screen, broken stand, eye Home Tablet immersed in water) and/or other cases as set out in clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions.   4. The Company reserves the right to change the designated information service(s) and pre-installed applications as included in any individual specific eye Plan without any prior notice. Android applications pre-installed onto eye Home Tablet are provided by third parties. The Company will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising from or in connection with any use of the application programs pre-installed (including but not limited to any damages to the eye Home Tablet).
  5. The Customer can receive or make free local video calls from/to eye Home Smartphone Package/ eye Home Tablet Communication Package / eye2 Communication Package / eye Multimedia Service (“eye Series”) and/or PCCW mobile service (video call is applicable to specific service plan subscription and handset models only) during the Commitment Period. PCCW mobile customers can also receive or make free local video calls from/to eye Series’ customers (until further notice). In addition, the Customer can receive/make local video calls from/to other mobile network(s) when there is an interconnection facility established with the relevant 3G mobile service operator(s) at a service charge of HK$2 per minute per video call received / made. Usage time is based on one minute per unit and will be rounded up to the nearest minute. Currently, the available mobile networks are networks provided by PCCW Mobile HK Limited and SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited.
  6. Unlimited free SMS from eye Home Tablet Communication Package to eye Series / New Generation Residential Fixed Line Service / PCCW mobile. 5. The rate of sending each SMS from eye Home Tablet Communication Package to other local mobile networks （except PCCW mobile 2G/ PCCW mobile 3G） is HK$0.5 per SMS. The rate of sending each international SMS via eye Home Tablet Communication Package is HK$1.5 per SMS. International SMS is only applicable to designated countries including Canada, England, China (eye Home Tablet Communication Package cannot receive international SMS from China pre-paid phone card), Australia, Taiwan, Singapore, Macau and Philippines and is subject to additional charges.
  7. now TV is provided by PCCW Media Limited. Free viewing of now TV promotional channels for the first 24 months: now Business News Channel, now Direct, now NEWS Channel, now Hong Kong and now SPORTS Prime; free viewing of these channels will be automatically terminated after the 24-month period.
  8. Customer may view on eye Home Tablet all the now TV channels that the Customer is authorized to receive through Customer's first box used for viewing on television except for TVB Pay Vision, the Weather Channel, Flight Info Channel, now Shop, YP502, now Game, snaap! EasyWatch, Lucky 88 Channel and all DMX MUSIC Channels, AV-on-Demand, Stock Market Express (Real-Time Stock Quote), all high definition Channels, MOOV Concert.MV, now Video Express, TV Series (HD) and AVOD. In addition, the Customer will not be entitled to use the eye Home Tablet to view FOX SPORTS, FOX SPORTS EXTRA, STAR SPORTS, STAR SPORTS+ and NOW SPORT 1 unless such Customer has subscribed to viewing the Mega Sports Pack through the first box. Customer upgrading from RTL to eye Plan will no longer enjoy any existing RTL Service Plan offers from the commencement date of the eye Plan.
  2. Warranty service in respect of certain parts of the eye Home Tablet will be provided free of charge (in accordance with the terms and conditions of eye Home Tablet warranty service as set out in the user tips) for the following specified period from the commencement date of the relevant Service Plan the Customer subscribed to and subject to the production of a valid job completion note:
    1. 12 months for the home Wi-Fi enabled device, the AC-DC power adaptor and the charging dock; and
    2. 9 months for the lithium polymer rechargeable battery.
    According to the terms and conditions of eye Home Tablet Warranty Service, as set out in the eye Home Tablet user tips, the warranty service does not cover any errors of human origin (e.g. broken casing, broken LCD screen, broken stand, eye Home Tablet immersed in water) and/or other cases as set out in clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions.   3. The Company reserves the right to change the designated information service(s) and pre-installed applications as included in any individual specific eye Plan without any prior notice. Android applications pre-installed onto eye Home Tablet are provided by third parties. The Company will not be liable for any claims, losses or damages arising from or in connection with any use of the application programs preloaded (including but not limited to any damages to the eye Home Tablet).
  4. The Customer can receive or make free local video calls from/to eye Home Smartphone Package/ eye Home Tablet Communication Package / eye2 Communication Package / eye Multimedia Service (“eye Series”) and/or PCCW mobile service (video call is applicable to specific service plan subscription and handset models only) during the Commitment Period. PCCW mobile customers can also receive or make free local video calls from/to eye Series’ customers (until further notice). In addition, the Customer can receive/make local video calls from/to other mobile network(s) when there is an interconnection facility established with the relevant 3G mobile service operator(s) at a service charge of HK$2 per minute per video call received / made. Usage time is based on one minute per unit and will be rounded up to the nearest minute. Currently, the available mobile networks are networks provided by PCCW Mobile HK Limited and SmarTone Mobile Communications Limited.
  5. Unlimited free SMS from eye Home Tablet Communication Package to eye Series / New Generation Residential Fixed Line Service / PCCW mobile. 5. Terms and Conditions of the Kids Story Pack for Consumer Customers
  1. These Terms and Conditions of the Kids Story Pack for Consumer Customers (“these Terms and Conditions”) are supplementary to and in addition to the terms and conditions applicable to your use of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package (the “Master Terms and Conditions”) in relation to subscription to the Kids Story Pack. Expressions and terms defined under the Master Terms and Conditions are adopted in these Terms and Conditions unless otherwise stated.
  2. The Kids Story Pack is only applicable to consumer customers who have successfully subscribed to and who shall continue to maintain the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package, which service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (“HKT”).
  3. You agree to pay all charges applicable to your subscription to the Kids Story Pack.

Software License Agreement of the Kids Story Pack
  1. The terms and conditions of this Software License Agreement (“this Agreement”) are supplementary to and in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Kids Story Pack for Consumer Customers.
  2. HKT hereby grants you (the “Subscriber”) a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable and revocable license to use the software downloaded from this forum (the "Software") solely for access to the Kids Story Pack and not for further re-selling or distribution or otherwise any other business or commercial purposes.
  3. The Subscriber hereby authorises HKT to install the Software on the Subscriber's eye device.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, the Subscriber hereby agrees that he/she will not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Software, create derivative works based on the Software, or transfer or sublicense any of Subscriber's rights under this Agreement or remove any proprietary notices on the Software.
  5. The license granted to the Subscriber herewith is effective until terminated. The Subscriber may terminate the license at any time by destroying the Software (including any portions or copies thereof) currently in the Subscriber's possession or control. The license will terminate automatically without any notice from HKT if the Subscriber fails to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement and other terms and conditions governing HKT’s provision and the Subscriber’s use of the Kids Story Pack. Upon any such termination, the Subscriber agrees that he/she will destroy the Software (including any portions or copies thereof). Upon termination, HKT may enforce any and all rights provided by law.
  6. The title, ownership rights and intellectual property rights in and to the Software remain in and with HKT.
  7. Any use of the software by the subscriber is at his/her own risk. The software is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation, the warranties of merchantibility, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, standard of quality of software and installation service, title and non-infringement.
  8. HKT is not obligated to provide any updates or upgrades to the Software.
  9. HKT does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet the Subscriber's requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free or free from malicious code. For the purposes of this Clause, "malicious code" means any program code designed to contaminate other eye device, computer, tablet or smartphone programs or data, or to modify, destroy, record, or transmit data, or usurp the normal operation of the eye device, computer, tablet, smartphone, computer system or computer network, including viruses, Trojan horses, droppers, worms, logic bombs and the like.
  10. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall HKT or its Affiliates (being any of its subsidiaries (as defined under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong)), its holding companies (as defined under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong)) and the subsidiaries of such holding companies) be liable for any damages whatsoever including without limitation, direct, indirect, consequential, collateral, special, punitive or incidental loss or damage (including without limitation loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of anticipated savings, loss or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, loss of use or value of any equipment or software, costs of procuring substitute goods or services, claims of third parties and all associated and incidental costs and expenses) arising out of the use or inability to use or installation of the Software. To the extent permitted by law, in no event will HKT's liability or damage to the Subscriber or the owner of the relevant eye device, computer, tablet and/or smartphone or any other person exceed the amount paid by the Subscriber to use the Software.
  11. The Subscriber warrants that he/she owns the eye device on which the Software installation mentioned above will be conducted. If the Subscriber does not own the eye device, the Subscriber hereby confirms and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of the owner of the eye device for such Software installation and that the Subscriber has authority from the owner of the eye device to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of the owner of the eye device.
  12. The Subscriber warrants that he/she is the registered customer of the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package. If the Subscriber is not the registered customer of the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package, the Subscriber confirms and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of the registered customer of the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package for such software installation and that the Subscriber has authority from the registered customer of the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package to accept all the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of the registered customer of the service of the eye Home Tablet Communication Package.
  13. The Subscriber hereby agrees to fully and effectively indemnify HKT and its Affiliates, their successors and permitted assigns, and the respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents and representatives of any of such entities, from and against all losses, liabilities, damages, actions, claims, proceedings, judgments, penalties, costs and expenses (including legal fees on a full indemnity basis) which may be incurred, imposed upon or suffered, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims and third-party claims arising out of or in connection with any infringement, breach or non-observance of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement by the Subscriber, including but not limited to infringement, breach or non-observance of HKT’s, its Affiliates’ and/or any third parties’ intellectual property rights in the Software.
  14. If any provision of this Agreement (or any portion thereof) is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall be binding upon the parties and shall be enforceable.
  15. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong Courts.

By subscribing to the Optional Information Service Plan, the Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Service (and any amendments from time to time), including but not limited to the General Conditions of Service of the Company ("General Conditions") , Special Conditions for eye Home Tablet Package ("Special Conditions"), the now TV Terms and Conditions, the MOOV Music Channel on Demand Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of eye Home Tablet Communication Package Service Plan in Service Guide and the terms and conditions in the Application (if any).   3. Customer may terminate Optional Information Services on 30 days’ prior notice to the Company by sending a completed termination request form by post to the Company at the address specified in the termination request form or by other means agreed to by the Company. If the Company receive Customer’s termination request form less than 30 days from the expiration of the Commitment Period, the Company will charge the Customer charges for 30 days from the date the Company receive the Customer’s termination request form. If the Customer terminates his/her eye Home Tablet Package and do not upgrade his/her Service, all Optional Services (as the case may be) under the Customer’s eye Home Tablet Package Application are non-severable services and will also be terminated at the same time. The Customer will need to make a separate arrangement with the relevant Service Provider(s) if the provision of the relevant service(s) is/are required. The Customers are required to pay the Company the Early Termination Charge of HK$250 or an amount equal to the aggregate of Monthly Rate within Commitment Period for the Information Service payable for the reminder of the Commitment Period, whichever is higher, if the Customer terminate a Service during a Commitment Period and other Cancellation Charges (if any) specified for all Optional Services (as applicable).
  4. At the end of the Commitment Period of a Service, now TV service or Optional Services, if (a) we are unable to contact the Customer; or (b) the Customer does not contact the Company; or (c) the Customer is undecided as to whether to renew his/her existing Contract, the Company will continue to provide the Service, now TV service or Optional Services to the Customer under the existing Contract on a month to month basis subject to payment of the Charges after the Commitment Period (i.e. the Month-to-Month Rate) specified in the existing Contract until the Customer cancels the Service, now TV service or Optional Services by giving the Company at least 30 days’ advance notice by sending a completed service termination form by post to the Company at the address specified in the termination request form or by other means agreed by the Company.

  1. The Optional Information Service is only applicable to the Customer who has successfully subscribed to the eye Home Tablet Package.
  2. By subscribing to the Optional Information Service Plan, the Customer agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions applicable to the use of the Service (and any amendments from time to time), including but not limited to the General Conditions of Service of the Company ("General Conditions") , Special Conditions for eye Home Tablet Package ("Special Conditions"), the now TV Terms and Conditions, the MOOV Music Channel on Demand Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions of eye Home Tablet Communication Package Service Plan in Service Guide and the terms and conditions in the Application (if any).   3. Customer may terminate Optional Information Services on 30 days’ prior notice to the Company by sending a completed termination request form by post to the Company at the address specified in the termination request form or by other means agreed to by the Company. If the Company receive Customer’s termination request form less than 30 days from the expiration of the Commitment Period, the Company will charge the Customer charges for 30 days from the date the Company receive the Customer’s termination request form. If the Customer terminates his/her eye Home Tablet Package and do not upgrade his/her Service, all Optional Services (as the case may be) under the Customer’s eye Home Tablet Package Application are non-severable services and will also be terminated at the same time. The Customer will need to make a separate arrangement with the relevant Service Provider(s) if the provision of the relevant service(s) is/are required. The Customers are required to pay the Company the Early Termination Charge of HK$250 or an amount equal to the aggregate of Monthly Rate within Commitment Period for the Information Service payable for the reminder of the Commitment Period, whichever is higher, if the Customer terminate a Service during a Commitment Period and other Cancellation Charges (if any) specified for all Optional Services (as applicable).
  4. At the end of the Commitment Period of a Service, now TV service or Optional Services, if (a) we are unable to contact the Customer; or (b) the Customer does not contact the Company; or (c) the Customer is undecided as to whether to renew his/her existing Contract, the Company will continue to provide the Service, now TV service or Optional Services to the Customer under the existing Contract on a month to month basis subject to payment of the Charges after the Commitment Period (i.e. the Month-to-Month Rate) specified in the existing Contract until the Customer cancels the Service, now TV service or Optional Services by giving the Company at least 30 days’ advance notice by sending a completed service termination form by post to the Company at the address specified in the termination request form or by other means agreed by the Company.

  • -配合eye家居平板電腦提供一站式最新健康資訊，如專業醫學節目及營養食譜等，讓家人可盡覽多元化資訊
  • -若長者透過長者安居協會熱線尋求協助及須送院，會有專人即時與您聯絡，並將健康資料及病歷傳送至醫管局轄下急症室，協助診治
條款及細則：
  1. 「智平安」服務由長者安居協會透過eye家居平板電腦提供。
  2. 使用「智平安」服務時，eye家居平板電腦、通訊網絡及互聯網均須在正常運作狀態。
  3. 每個eye家居平板電腦號碼只可附加一個「智平安」服務計劃。
